Return Policy 

     We at Star-Tech Marine Electronics pride ourselves in making our customers satisfied in the products they buy by offering expert support to help customers before they buy any of our products or accessories that is perfect for their needs. 
     You may return any product except opened software or products in which software is part of the original factory packaging within 30 days of your product's shipping date.  After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly. 
     All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without a RMA number. Please provide the following information when calling or emailing for a RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem.
     All products to be returned must be sent within 30 days from the date of shipment, 100% complete, in BRAND NEW condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and all accessories provided by the manufacturer. All returns for credit or exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee after 15 day from shipment date.

Christmas Return Policy

     We realize that many people will purchase Christmas gifts early, and will not be able to know if they have a defective unit or problem until December 25th. While problems are rare it does sometimes occur. Therefore we will extend our normal 30 day return policy until January 15th,  for orders placed in November & December as Christmas gifts. Please insure to make a notation in the remarks block on your online order, or tell your salesperson when placing a telephone order, that your purchase is a "Christmas gift".
